⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is one of those products that is much simpler to use than I expected. There’s no setup or complicated instructions. I place it under my lower back, choose the settings, and lie there for about 20 minutes.

The combination of warmth and massage is extremely relaxing, but what surprised me most was the gentle support and stretch it gives my lower back. After using it consistently, I feel less tight when I stand up after sitting and much more comfortable moving around during the day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought Nevu Back mainly because sitting at my desk and driving were leaving my lower back feeling stiff almost every day. I wanted something I could use at home without having to turn it into another workout.

This has been perfect for that. I usually use it before bed, and the heat and massage feel amazing after a long day. My back feels looser afterward, and I really like that I can simply lie down and let the device do its thing. Definitely one of the easier things I’ve added to my routine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I didn’t expect to enjoy using this as much as I do. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable the heat feels, but after a few uses I really started appreciating the combination of massage and the gentle decompression feeling under my lower back.

I use it for around 15–25 minutes at a time and usually feel much less stiff when I get up. It’s especially nice after being in the car for a long time or spending hours sitting. Simple, comfortable, and easy enough that I actually use it consistently.
